Almost ready....

I'm almost ready for this...almost.

Hello, world!

I'm joining in the pool of bloggers in hopes to share in the mindless writing that we do when we're bored, tired, or just plain looking to stay out of trouble. Harmless, meaningless ramblings from people who have nothing better to do but to share their bitter diatribes, or loving musings of life. There's really no hidden agenda with my blog, really. It's just me.

So, if anyone finds themselves reading these words, let me just appologize first and preface my thoughts and postings by saying: read at your own risk and take what you will from it...or not.

I've been married to the man who's been willing to put up with me for over 18 years. Together we've been mastering raising two girls and a dog. Quite frankly, raising the dog has been easier. We moved from sunny Florida to frigid Ohio, and then to dried up Idaho in the past 18 years. I miss Florida. I don't miss Ohio. I'd rather be near the ocean, but I'll try to bloom where I'm planted.

I'm also a Protastant Christian. It's in my blood. I can't deny the savior who created me, saved me, held me, and pushed me through my 39 years of life. When you've lived the life that I have, you really just have to breath and thank God for getting to this point. 

Teaching is my career, even though changing lives is my passion.

At this point, with only 4 school days left of the year, I'm working on changing my life.

There's my start.

I think I'm ready.

(PS. I can't get the "Photobucket...deleted" thing in the middle of my blog right now...I'm to tired to try to figure it out. I've been up since 3:30 this morning. Maybe later...)

(PSS. I figured it out...never mind. I must have had the perfect 2nd cup of coffee!)
